By downloading, installing, or using the App, you accept these Terms without reservation.

Lyrai helps you improve letters, poems, and romantic messages with the support of artificial intelligence. Core features include:

Word suggestions and intelligent rewrites.
Stylistic and contextual analysis of your writing.
Visual customization (fonts, colors, backgrounds).
Easy sharing of your creations.

Lyrai does not replace your creativity—the AI assists and enhances your words without writing in your place.

3. Limitations and responsibilities

Comply with applicable laws while using the App.

5. Subscriptions and payments

Some features are available with a Premium subscription (In-App Purchase).

Pricing is displayed in the App at the time of purchase.
Subscription management is handled through your Apple account settings.
Lyrai does not collect or store payment data.

6. Intellectual property

All elements of the App (name, logo, design, code, features) are protected by intellectual property rights. Your texts and creations remain yours—Lyrai does not claim ownership.

7. Data protection

Using the App involves the collection and processing of certain data, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Availability and liability

The App is provided "as is" without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
We are not liable for interruptions, bugs, or data loss beyond our control.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be announced in the App.
